My life defies odds, rules, and beliefs. I make the most out of challenging circumstances as a mixed, Black and queer cis man. I come from a single parent matriarchy that prioritized communication, advocacy, education and love.
I do not always see these traits in my care experiences. I want to change that.
I inform my self-care consulting with my education in health, sciences and culture, my professional experience, and an undying thirst for compassionate growth. The span of my career includes management consulting, brand/product strategy, user research and DEI development.
I do not intend to replace any care providers, but enhance, challenge and support them.
A wealth of resources lies underneath our noses every day, and my care professionals did not unlock everything for me.

Substantial change accumulates over time.
However, life sometimes has its own plans.
Medical providers and trainers are human: they only have so much time or capacity, they have to fit into moulds, and unfortunately can have many motivating factors.
I will help you to find effective solutions, products, tools and behaviors that allow us to balance pleasure, function, and autonomy.
We create personally sustainable changes in our routines and lives, so we can adapt with unexpected twists and turns in pursuit of a goal post.
Then, we meet our goals in good mind and health!
My life has been considerably improved by countless therapists, counselors, psychologists, life/career coaches, friends, family and self care books galore.
Sadly, it never felt like it was enough.
A majority of the “work” happens outside of that amazing hour of therapy or counseling. How do we make positive changes in all of our real-world tim?
We need to get to the root of core disappointments and sadness.
I constructed a process to identify, analyze and spur change around my thoughts, ideas and relationships. To do work alone on topics I was not exploring with structure in even amazing therapy, and better my next session…creating more of that sustainable, long-term change.
I spent a lot of time in my corporate career helping conglomerates and startups alike to improve their brands, products, perceptions and internal concepts (with authenticity and effectiveness).
All of these ideas are just as important in our daily lives.
We live in a physical reality, where conscious and unconscious perceptions are unfortunately formed in seconds, and have to be personally moderated and challenged.
However, we cannot spend our time worried about what others think–balancing confidence and context.
Do not sacrifice your creativity to conformity, balance form and function, and maximize your enjoyment!
